Welcome to our brand new and luxury boutique hotel with some stunning views to the hills surrounding Tbilisi where there are historic fortresses and other monuments such as the Narikala Fortress dating from the 4th century. Moreover the hotel is located less than 1km from the absolute centre of Tbilisi (Metekhi Bridge) and within walking distance of the key tourist attractions such as the sulphur baths museums and theatres.

All of our 34 rooms are fully equipped with everything from a hair dryer to free complimentary WiFi and feature queen sized double beds. Furthermore most of our rooms have veranda style terraces and many have exceptional views to the old city ramparts and surrounding mountains. We also trust that you will appreciate our hospitality for which Georgia is famous and our international quality of service.

The top floor &ldquoElioni Veranda&rdquo dining/café area has impressive views and there are indoor and outdoor terrace areas to sit down and relax. Our conference room is possibly the most pleasant in Tbilisi with large windows overlooking the tops of acacia trees a balcony and terrace with a very nice view. Our lobby bar is open from noon until midnight and finally there is a multi-purpose venue hall complete with large adjacent kitchen facilities and a small stage ideal for wedding receptions shows and events etc.

The Akacia Hall xonference room
The Akacia Hall conference room is possibly one of the most pleasant conference rooms in Tbilisi and so called because it overlooks a row of acacia trees which are especially nice in late spring and early summer. Moreover there is a narrow balcony along the side of the conference room which overlooks the row of acacia trees and then a larger balcony at the end of the conference room with some stunning views where conference participants can relax and enjoy the view during breaks.

With floor to ceiling windows along one side and the greenery of the trees visible there is a copious amount of natural daylight from two sides and it really makes for a nice environment to hold a conference business meeting or presentation. Of course the room is also equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technologies and free complimentary Wi-Fi as well as on-site technical assistance.

In terms of catering there are a range of options from freshly brewed tea coffee snacks and mineral water to gourmet lunches and business breakfasts all prepared under the guidance of our &lsquochef de cuisine&rsquo.
